- Research Associate: 01 Post
- 2 year Full time PG Degree in Psychology with specialization in Industrial/Organizational Psychology/Psychological measurement/ Psychometrics with min 55 percentage from recognized University-Institutes OR 2 year Full time PG Degree in Education with specialization in Measurement & Evaluation with minimum 55 percentage from recognized University- Institutes OR 2 year Full time PG Degree or Diploma In Management with specialization in HR with focus on Personnel Assessment/Quantitative Techniques in HRD/Psychometrics with min. 55 Percentages from recognized University-Institute.
- Deputy Manager (Accounts): 01 Post
- Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant
- Hindi Officer (On Contract): 01 Post
- Master Degree of a Recognized University or equivalent in English/Hindi with Hindi/English as a Mandatory or elective subject at degree level OR Master degree of a recognized university in any other subject with Hindi or English medium & English or Hindi as a Mandatory or elective subject or as medium of examination at degree level; OR Master degree of a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi or English as a compulsory or elective subject or either of the two medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level.

– Minimum: 21 years Maximum: 30 years – i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than
02.06.1988 and not later than 01.06.1997 (both dates inclusive)
For Hindi Officer: Minimum age – 40 years and Maximum age Not exceeding 61 years
A candidate must have been born not earlier than
02.06.1978
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on an interview.
